Something that'll make you think

Hi my sweet girl,

I want to share a very special story with you—one about love, bravery, and a little dog named Snuggles.

You’ll see the Snuggle Lovin People Food for Doggies logo at the top of this email. That logo was inspired by Snuggles and the love we shared. Everything we do comes from her heart.

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful King Charles Spaniel named Snuggles. She wasn’t just a dog—she was a best friend. She loved with her whole heart and stayed close to the people she loved most.

Snuggles was very sick once, and it took a lot of love and care to help her feel better. She was so brave. Because she knew she was loved, she never gave up.

One day, her favorite person became sick too and had to go to the hospital. Snuggles waited at home, believing and hoping with all her heart.

When her favorite person finally came home, Snuggles knew it was time. They hugged and cried together, and that night Snuggles laid beside her until she fell asleep—just like she always did.

Snuggles waited because her love was that strong.

The next day, Snuggles went to a beautiful place called the Rainbow Bridge, where dogs run free and feel no pain. She went knowing her best friend was safe.

Now Snuggles is a guardian angel, watching over us with love. Every time you feel warm inside your heart, that’s Snuggles reminding you:

“I’m still here. I always will be.”

Love always,
Mom

Bronny"s Story:

Sometimes the dog you go for isn't the one you come home with. The day i met Bronny, I was at a person's home picking up two other dogs to be recued. it was supposed to be a quick trip-help the dogs, get them safe, and bring them to a better life. But then I saw him. In the corner was a small dog with sad eyes and a body that seemed to shrink into itself. He was terrified of everything. He didn't bark. he didn't come forward. he just watched quietly, as if he had already learned not to expect kindness. This was Bronny. It was clear he hadn't known much love. He had been abused and neglected, and the world had not been kind to him. you could see it in the way he moved, the way he flinched, and the way he looked at people with both fear and hope at the same time. I hadn't planned on bring home another dog that day. But sometimes your heart makes the decision before your mind can catch up. I couldn't leave him there. So Bronny came home with me-not as another rescue passing through, but as family. The first days was quiet ones. Bronny didn't know what to do with kindness. Every gentle touch was new. Every soft bed, every warm meal, every kind word was something he had never truly known. Slowly, day by day something began to change. The scared little dog started to trust. His tail wagged a little more. His eyes grew softer. The fear that once filled him started to fade, replaced with love he had always deserved. Today, Bronny isn't just a rescued dog. He's a reminder of why we rescue. Sometimes the most broken hearts turn out to be the most loving ones-once someone finally shows them they are safe. And for Bronny, home is exactly where he was always meant to be
